Converting a Basement to a Living Space

Janet had a full unfinished basement that she wanted to convert into a high-end living space. • New circuits

• 4 Outdoor GFI protected Christmas light outlets with contactor box and timer
• 3 GFI protected outlets for bathroom and wet bar
• 12 wall sconces
• 2 TV/Cable hook-up
• An electric fireplace outlet
• 12 light switches

The remodel was completed in 90 days and required extensive coordination with other contractors such as plumbers, framers, and dry wall installers. All necessary permits were acquired. The project was successfully completed with no issues or delays. Janet is very happy with the final result of her beautifully finished basement that has doubled the living space of her house and increased her property value.
